My visit albeit on a professional basis was met by a lovely clean and friendly place. Residents were busy with playing snooker. Helpful staff.

Just made a delivery of Easter eggs to the homeless shelter for the staff & residents. Staff very rude! Took ages to press a buzzer to let us in, just sat at the desk ignoring us. Did not engage in any conversation, was not appreciative or any word of thanks for the donations we gave. I hope they give more time & respect to the needs of their residents, but somehow I doubt it, very sad
