Had waxing with Zoey, my first time at the salon. She was fab, such a kind lovely nature. Since it was my first time there, she checked with me a few times to see if I was happy with the temperature, how much hair she removed and if the area felt okay afterwards. I really felt she listened and wanted me to be happy with the service. She offered advice and told me what to avoid after. I only wish I came to the salon sooner! Thanks Zoey, see you soon next time! Whilst I had a nice experience at the salon itself, I was confused as to why I was charged differently on payment as to what was told to me on the phone. When contacting them after to discuss this, as their prices online were different, I was told that the website was wrong - and had been wrong for some time - but that I had also been overcharged by the therapist. I am shocked that a Junior Therapist is now £32 (compared to £26 online) for a simple gel manicure, without a massage, etc. My manicure also has some blemishes such as flecks of dust stuck in it. Reading another review it also says they paid £24 for a manicure, so I'm not sure where their prices sit. Service: Manicure
