I'm not sure why I seem to have the opposite of all the other experiences listed here. He was rather grumpy on his visit. He said he couldn't move the oven out enough to access it properly as the gas pipe was too short (it wasn't). So he hacked about with the stove top. Couldn't fix it and walked away. So I asked what would happen next? Would he get a new part? He said yes. I've called and messaged him several times in the last three weeks to chase up. Absolutely no response. My experience is of someone unresponsive and not loving his job. Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair
