Do not enter your details on this website. Not sure what GDPR policy lets you take someones details before you have placed an order and then start ringing you about an hour after you have placed items in the basket but it certainly isn't stated that that is the case. The guy on the phone stated we only take the number (in bad english) but then went on to ask my husband to confirm his name, so it is obviously not just the phone number they take.

Had issues with Royal Mail delivery initially. However have never experienced a better response. Had another package sent, as well as the other one turning up. Though I offered to pay, they would not accept and even followed up with calls from senior members of the team to make sure that everything was as it should be. I wish more companies were like this; excellent service and humble enough to know when they have not met their level of service.
