Not sure if I just caught her on a bad day but I asked for some trousers to be taken at the waist and she seemed a bit disinterested. I was quoted a price of £20 per pair which I thought was a bit excessive. Anyway, I said that was more than I really wanted to pay so I said I’d leave it and said thank you. She just replied ok. Just got the vibe that she wasn’t really interested. Went to another shop and was quoted £10 per pair. Maybe she is more interested in the high end market?

I'm tall, so shirts rarely fit well. I usually need to opt for longer length or big and tall sizes. I had three shirts that were a great length, but had enough material to put a tent frame inside. I needed one in time for a wedding. I was given a clear estimate of costs and timescales and these were very reasonable. All three shirts were delivered way ahead of the estimate and I'm super happy after trying on just one! Incredible fit 😁 Thank you. I'll be back when I sort though the rest of my wardrobe.

Amy was so professional and did exactly what we asked to alter a Prom Dress . She made such a super job of taking up my daughters underskirt and altered the straps to fit more secure onto the dress . We were very happy when we went to collect the dress and it was perfect . Our whole experience at the shop was brilliant , we would definitely go back with other clothes to be altered and were really happy with the price . Would we recommend tailored to you , Absolultely !!!!
