Rug took a long time to arrive. Quality was AWFUL. Not worth the wait and looked nothing like the picture. Returns process is expensive (£8 + have to ensure rug is wrapped in 'plastic' rather than usual postage materials that you would have in the house!)

My rug was not delivered to me although it said it had on their site. I contacted their online chat who were most unhelpful and kept telling to ring the supplier. I rang at 3.10 and got a message saying they were closed. Their ansafone says they close at 5.30. I knew I should have used Amazon!
