Here are my ratings: 1. Time to respond: Prompt - 10/10; 2. Willing to assist and resolve issues with sensible recommendations or suggestions - 10/10; 3. Product knowledge etc: Excellent - 10/10; 4. Update of order details with correct information: Prompt - 10/10; 5. Overall customer service delivery: Outstanding - 10/10. Now to my two purchases: 1. Quality: Fantastic luxury quality; 2.
