Simon assisted us here in the U.K. whilst selling our US property. He was so very pleasant friendly and helpful also offering reassurance and a calming attitude at a particularly stressful time. He attended our home 3 times to ensure the documents were signed and notarised . In addition he scanned our signed documents over to the US and arranged for the original copies to be delivered to the US by UPS. Simon, was absolutely fantastic. I needed a Travel Consent affidavit at short notice. I was really stressed and worried about getting it done in time. After speaking to Simon on the phone he calmed me down and reassured me that he would be able to get it sorted in time, thus putting my mind at rest.
