Lovely traditional hotel in a fantastic location only a 5 minute walk from Buckingham Palace and a very easy walk from Victoria Station...The staff were very helpful and efficient...we had a super stay, my only slight gripe was the shower over the bath...the room itself was cozy and its decor was in keeping with the age and style of the hotel.... would definitely stay again...

We had 3:00 Tea here and highly recommend it. Although it isn't cheap, b it was worth every cent we paid. The food was devine and the tea exquisite! Food & drinks: If you have ever wanted you experience High Tea, this is the place to go.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Room was beautiful and had a really fun ambiance; however, the mattresses left something to be desired. Also had high tea here…not my favorite I’ve had in London but decent.

Very authentic old hotel with good service and eye for details. Therefore not all rooms are the same but the hotel did a good job in making every room meeting the standards. Sometimes rooms can be a bit noisy, but that’s what you have anyways when staying in the heart of London.
