Excellent experience and service yesterday at ROH for our first visit. Greeted by a hospital volunteer who took us in the lift to our appointment which we were 15 minutes early for. We had barely been seated for 5 minutes when we were called in to see Dr Pagkalos, a lovely man who explained the options available to my husband for his knee condition. Staff were really polite and friendly, only downside were the parking charges

Oncology department is an absolute joke. Drove for 6hrs for just a consultation. Then they haven’t booked back in for biopsy over two months later. Have been given different numbers to call several times, either no one answers or they say it’s the wrong number. Disgrace. We’re left panicking about what the lump could be and they don’t care. If referred here, get referred elsewhere asap. It might just save your life

X-ray department. I had an injection under X-ray for a shoulder impingement and the radiologist Patrick was extremely good! Carol (nurse) was a blessing. Such a wonderful and caring lady I feel terribly lucky that I was taken care of by these two amazing people. Thank you!
