The Nurses that triage you do Not care about the condition you came with to A&E and without properly listening to you send you to the urgent treatment centre. I have experience that many many times and had to be referred back to A&E from the urgent treatment centre. This system is outrageous and dangerous for people that come in with a lot of pain and alarming conditions. I strongly feel that this process needs improving. The first contact with the nurses need a lot of improvement as they decide on where your treatment starts with very bad consequences. This is a personal experience that I am relating this treatment too. I hope my voice is taken seriously as it involves people lives.

The lady at the reception was super rude. The nurse who examined me had to look at her notes to ask questions etc. The person who carried me dropped me three times. If you want to live, avoid this place.

Busy, as you can expect. Dirty room. Dirty waiting rooms. Patient areas were busy, filthy and looked untidy. Luckily the staff were good. Medical care was good and fast. So we cannot grumble or moan at all about that. Just a shame that the place was dirty. At least the nurses and Dr's in the nhs are caring and the best in the world.

My sister is pregnant, has arthritis and needs surgery on her knee because of it. Her pain on her knee went to her whole left leg from the hip to her ankle and we went to get it checked out. The doctor saw her at the urgent medical centre and gave her neproxen that helps with her arthritis (something she already takes) and completely ignored her leg and didn’t give any advice or thought it was important to have a scan or get it checked out. He completely ignored it. We left confused, it was pointless. I realised you cannot rely on others even once you reach out for help.

The A+E is disgusting I was sent there cos I had pains in my chest and I already have a heart condition nearly 4 hours they left me sitting there and not one doctor spoke to me I could of died and no one cared I complained and said “please can you help me” and they told me to go back and sit outside and wait I was there 9 hours in all, the place is appalling, there’s people laying on the floor it’s dirty I will never go back there again.

Lots of people give them good compliments. I have respect to them but now I am at the hospital with my 4 years old girl who referred from Gp at todays morning. I am waiting with my pregnant wife and I am waiting from 11 am and now is 3.27pm still no body calling her name. It seams so disorganised and small waiting room with over crowded people. It’s my first time in emergency in royal London hospital and I think This is the worse service ever I have received in Uk….

Lovely but vastly overworked staff. Five hour waiting time at 8pm on a Wednesday. Nearly enough seating. Vending machines for cold drinks and crisps&chocolate that both take contactless cards. Most patients wearing masks but maybe 10-20% weren't. Could do with display screens to show the name of the next person up for triage/blood pressure and temperature checks. Otherwise people missed their names being shouted out and lost their place in the waiting list. Though I think many of them heard "five hours" and thought "we will grab a meal/pint and come back in four hours". Would be great if the NHS could take mobile numbers and text you when there's an hour to go.
