Fortunately I was able to meet and share a bit of time with the artist, Lucy Marks of the UK. What a fabulous & genuine artist she is. Very personable & empowered woman. Her work is intense. Yet, calming. A somewhat impressionistic style that taps into the viewers self-consciousness and touches on all of the senses. Be it the soft ocean sprays on the skin or the joy one might feel seeing spots of light moving in & out of the voluminous clouds. The sounds of the waves as the tickle the shoreline. Not last, but least the feeling of sand beneath one's feet, or the many textures of the ever-changing rocks with tendrils of water playing along their surfaces...so much more. I could go on. However, I will leave you to search her & her art out. Absolutely lovely. Very happy to have met her and her wonderfully supportive husband, Andy. May they have many blessings for many moons♡
