Very unhelpful lot...had many bad encounters with them over the years...the ones I dealt with did not do their job correctly and enjoyed being patronising. They obviously feel protected as it is a government job and seem not to be accountable for their actions. I guess a sign of the new UK and one wonders what we pay our poll tax for...they do not even collect the leaves on the road anymore and we are all stupid enough to let them away with this level of service.
