Expert advice and assessment. Lovely clean building and very friendly staff. Excellent day centre with an amazing home cooked menu available at lunchtime orders to be placed before 11am each day. The gym is supervised by expert physios with personal programme planned individually. Each day different classes held depending on ability. Pilates, yoga, steady and balance to name just a few. Coffee and tea bar. Take a look you won’t be disappointed.
