second visit here this year for dinner. Pros: excellent food, excellent value, polite uber-efficient staff, easy road access, nice Inn restaurant setting. Cons: as with a growing number of gastro-pubs there appears to be only 2 members of staff running it, 1 front of house and 1 in the kitchen. expect to wait about 1 hour+ for food and completely avoid peak times unless you're in for a drinking session or don't mind the wait.

Not Today
The land lady has cars stolen from the car park there. She doesn't give notice to owners to move them. She will hopefully be taken to claims court and delt with by police. The room service staff go through your belongings and gossip about you to people. Bar gets full of the low lives and undesirable people of fareham. 1 tenant was recently arrested for flashing and stayed there whilst on bail! Not a great place to stay! Run!

We went to The Roundabout for lunch today, and it was fabulous. We were looked after by Naomi who was an absolutely pleasure. She was so friendly and helpful, and her customer service to everyone was as good as you could ever wish for. Whatever she is being paid, she is worth double! She is a real credit to The Roundabout. We all had the Mushroom Pots which were delicious, and will be back for more soon. Couldn’t rate the room as we only came to eat. This is our 2nd visit to eat, and a 3rd is on the cards
