    As a person who gets regular massages and lives in Palgrave Gardens i thought this would be an ideal regular for me. My wife treated me to a voucher for Xmas which due to covid and the advised precautions to take, i decided to wait. When i presented the voucher in July they told me it had expired and that i could have used it right through March as they were open. It was sad to hear that they had not taken the covid pandemic seriously through the early months of the year and even sadder that they felt they had no obligation to offer a new customer the chance to experience their services. To add insult to it all the women was exceptionally rude during the inquiry. There are so many better and friendly places in Marylebone.
