My experience with Dr. Ashraf today was highly disappointing. As I further tried to discuss my concerns, I was told that I could only discuss one issue per visit, which was quite shocking. As a patient, I believe it's important for doctors to investigate all aspects of a problem, diagnose it, and offer appropriate treatment. It's unreasonable to assume that health issues can only be related to one particular symptoms and not consider a holistic approch. The Dr didn't seem interested in delving deeper into my concerns. I was expecting more compassion and a willingness to help from a medical professional, but that wasn't the case. It's disheartening to see that the simple courtesy of asking "Is there anything else you would like to discuss?" has been replaced with a rigid rule of discussing only one issue per visit. Overall, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and that my appointment was being rushed My experience left me feeling unsupported. I would like to add that all past services I got from the surgery was very respectful and professional and I appreciate their efforts.

Just moved to this practise from Church Langley Wow what a surprise! The staff have been very helpful, lesley the nurse has gone way and beyond looking after me I can’t thank her enough for her dilligance. I have needed to see two doctors on seperate occasions and both have put things in place very quickly with a caring and thoughtful manner, I am so glad I changed my practise Thankyou Ross practise Christine Alderman

Phone lines never answered. Can't get appointments. My mum has alzheimers and I can't get help with her meds. Practice had her memory test results 6 weeks already and never told me until I called and chased the outcome. Useless. Don't bother. All doctors have left the surgery

I like how they have a pre recorded message when you call about showing respect to all members of staff, and I fully agree with this. However, after being on hold for 35mins when I finally got to speak with someone I was outraged when they said “sorry you need to call back at 1pm for afternoon appointments” AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE - Respect needs to go both ways, and I hadn’t finished with my enquiries. I’m happy to say that the afternoon staff were more pleasant and understanding when I called back later that day.

My doctor is refusing to sign off my prescription orders from Wells Pharmacy. Despite him doing this for over three years. I need this medication for my diabetes and also my heart condition. The practise haven't even called me to say if there is an issue. Less then happy right now.
