Room is fine, but the bathrooms are in a very poor standard, very low water pressure, a shower head from the 80s of the last century ;)

We have been staying several times during the past 4 years at the Rosary Guesthouse. We enjoyed our stay everytime. Friendly people and service. Rooms and facilities were fine. Guesthouse is excellent located for visiting London like we did many times. Railwaystation, several restaurants/pubs and large ASDA within few minutes walking distance. Price/quality level is fine also considering short distance towards London Citycentre. We, for sure, will stay again at The Rosary during our next England-trip. Rene Born and family / The Netherlands

Excellent weekend stay. Very clean, & good quality bedding. Just off the High Street with plenty of eating/drinking establishments within a few minutes walk. Train station close by & not far from Brands Hatch (our reason for the visit). Staff were very helpful, we didn't know the area & they gave us all we needed to know to complete our stay. An excellent choice if you can't afford the very high prices charged by hotels in the area.

Horrific. I still shudder when I think about the filth in this place. There were dead flies stuck to the ceiling above the bath/shower, there was a layer of grime and hair matted to the bathroom floor, a rim of scum along the bath, and the previous occupant's underwear was left in our room. Had we not arrived too late at night to find anywhere else I'd have spent less than a minute in this squalid hovel. Do yourself a favour and stay ANYWHERE but here. The owners should be ashamed to take money and offer this as acceptable accommodation. [The one-star rating given above is ludicrously generous ~ sadly there is no option to give minus-figure ratings.
