So I came in for Root Canal Treatment as I was referred to by the dentist I am seeing for dental implants I was nervous to start off with, but once I knew the first appointment was done I was ok with the rest of the appointments Dr Jose and team are amazing, they treated me like part of the family, always making sure I was ok throughout the treatment and made sure I was ok afterwards before I left to go home. I want to say a massive thank you to the brilliant Dr Jose plenty of year’s experience in root canal And I wish to say thank you to all lovely team as well who was amazing Yes I would definitely recommend Dr Jose to anyone who needs root canal treatment done

I highly recommend Dr Jose and his team. I had two root canals and two subsequent crowns with Dr Caterina, and the care was impeccable all the way through, not to mention that two months later the work is perfect and I am totally pain free. The attention to detail the whole team have when it comes to making you feel happy, comfortable and informed is impeccable. I was so relaxed during one root canal I fell asleep! Whilst it is expensive (as most private dental care is) I feel for me it was worth it for the level of care.

I had a lot of pain with my tooth and because I’m only 12 years old and unfortunately English isn’t our first language . Everyone was telling me that cause the apex was opened we had to find a dentist with a microscope dr Jose who is edodentist and he was able to treat my tooth calmly with barely any pain, and for a 12 year old like me gave me faith for my future dental treatment.I will try to eat less sweet so I don’t have this problem in the future .Apparently treating children teeth is hard for a edodentist.

Dr. Jose gave me a permanent scar on my face in October 2021. I went to him because of the good reviews but it should’ve been a red flag to only see good reviews. I’m very disappointed. When the injury happened, my face was numb but I felt and saw that Dr. Jose lost a grip of his tool and dropped it on my face. After the session, he didn’t say anything. No apology or explanation. I kept my mask on until I got home but when I removed it, I was just surprised. I called the practice but the reception couldn’t help. I left a review of my experience on Google and Dr. Jose immediately called me. The first thing he said was “It’s not fair! You gave me a 2 star review!” There was NO “Are you okay?” He scared my face but didn’t seem to care at all. My husband and my mother heard the conversation as this happened on Saturday. After a while he apologized, saying he didn’t have his usual nurse and she handed him the wrong tool, but if he was a good dentist, he should’ve known not to use it. He also said he was pressured to finish quickly because the next patient came. He seems to lack some basic safety training. I wouldn’t want a cab driver to speed until we crash when running late. Additionally he told me the “scratch” would go away in a few days. It didn’t - after over a year, the scar is still here. The whole session was a mess. Although I was the first patient of the day, I waited for more than 15 minutes(I arrived 15 mins early) and was called in 10 mins after the scheduled time, and the procedure didn’t start for another 10 mins. I messaged my husband and my mother while I waited around and the texts have time stamps but see his reply below denying. Plus a contractor visit, tools out of juice, and finally the injury on my face….I probably should’ve just left. I spent my birthday on the next day with the scar. In the next several days I talked to multiple GPs and pharmacists to get as much help as I could on my own. Dr. Jose finally let me see a couple of dermatologists but due to various reasons I haven't been able to treat the scar. All dermatologists say the scar is permanent and they cannot completely remove it with a laser. They even suggested I see plastic surgeons. My face will never go back to what it was. (See Dr. Jose denies that it’s not a scar in the response below after many specialists said it is in fact a scar. ) Although Dr. Jose promised that he’d treat the scar until I become happy with the outcome, now he is lying to his insurance. My family is just shocked . He’s the kind of person who blames the victim… he asked me “How are you?” when I saw him for the rootcanal and I replied I was tired out of habit, and then he blamed the scar on the way I opened my mouth (see his reply below. But on the phone he said he had the wrong tool etc.). If it was true, he should have asked me to open wider. Isn’t he an experienced dentist? After what he’s done to my face, I’m scared to go to a dentist. It has affected me in many ways. On top of that, the way he has been treating me so far has caused me more stress. My therapist thinks what Dr. Jose did to me was emotional abuse. When I tried to talk to him, he gave my personal details to a third party company without permission so that the company could pressure me based on his lies. I’ve never been so abused in my life.

Excellent in every way: Dr José and his team provide the highest standards of dental care and an extremely professional service. Never have I felt so cared for in a dental practice. That was the first time I really enjoyed going to the dentist. Dr. Jose deserves a rating higher than 5. If there was a 10-star rating, I would choose that. In addition, their customer service is superb, providing constant updates on information and schedules.

Dr Jose is superb specialist in his field. From start to finish he looked after me, explained the process and he has done a fantastic job.
