They came out after we were let down by another company, they said they would would have the final design and first truss to us by early the following week. They seemed really nice and thorough when carrying out measurements. Has now been over three weeks, three phone calls later with a promise of the next day each time, three new dates for carpenters and roofer and still nothing back, still waiting.
