I contacted The Roof Shack and spoke to Lee regarding some Lead Wooden Gutter Outlets which I needed urgently. He was very helpful and ensured me that he would do everything he could to make sure I got them on time and sure enough they did arrive on time. On top of that he threw in a small bag of copper nails which was very kind of him. Brilliant customer service and quality products so I would certainly recommend The Roof Shack.
