Was in earlier sitting near a nice family, the service they received from their waitress was disgusting, we were shocked, muttering under her breath and tutting at this family, if this is the sort of staff their employ I think we will stay away for good !!! Sort your staff out

Absolute shocking service when was told we needed to pay for extra cheese in my children’s meal 35 mins after ordering! Was happy to do so but when I asked for a receipt I soon realised that they had over charged us anyway so when telling them this the lady that was quick enough to come over and tell me I had to pay extra tried to tell me I was wrong, then brought my children’s meals out with no cheese absolutely freezing cold. Tutting and bring rude!! Amazing customer service!! NOT!! So thank you, my children are starving at 8pm at night. Ended up getting a refund that takes 5-7 days!! Joke. Thanks jade!!!!
