Terrible, overpriced machines and out of date machines. Terrible servicing by sub contractors who potentially service machines they don’t know how to service. My machine broke down continuously and in the end I was concerned for my staffs safety as an autoclave is basically a pressure bomb if not looked after properly. Inept servicing and lied to by sales staff. Avoid and stick with a true British company, Astell have been fantastic and have up to date, truly British machines, a little digging found that most of Rodwell Autoclaves are built in Eastern Europe.
