It was just as described and fully met our expectations. We didnt spend a great deal of time here, as we were attending a wedding. Owners/staff polite, friendly and willing to share local knowledge. We had a twin room, on the top floor. Being 6ft 5 tall, i anticipated havibg to duck down a lot but honestly, it was never an issue as there was ample headroom. We would have preferred ensuite but that was all they had vacant. The room was clean and tidy with a decent amount of space to store things. I didn't get up early enough to have a breakfast (my fault for being a lazy-bones) but dad said "it wasn't bad". The only minor negative i can think of is the lack of parking. However, i blame the town planners for that, not the guest house. We did get a space on arrival. However, on our second day, we returned quite late and had to park a few hundred metres away on a side road. This was merely a slight inconvenience for us but it might have proven a struggle for elderly or disabled guests. I think most guest houses and B&B's have the same issues though. In conclusion, i absolutely would stay here again.
