Very Poor communication at base! Hired canoe&two kayaks full day..river was beautiful we all enjoyed the day,fun ,calm,quiet,,it was a beut of a day.. Only advice is make sure you've been on this route as no help or advice is given.

Mixed up my booking and ended up having to do the full day instead of half day. Safe to say I wasn't prepared for 14miles on the river so sun stroke hit hard. Obviously a beautiful experience but lost of canoeing companies to choose from.

A good experience. A last minute booking as another canoe hire place nearby let us down for our booking. The parking nearby is pay and display so remember your £4 change! The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We did the half day trip to Symonds Yat and the was a nice length with 2 children. We have used the company in the past and would use them in the future too.

Great day with family on River Wye. Staff were helpful and fully briefed people on river safety. Canoes were in good condition compared to some of the other boats. Take a picknick and stop and enjoy the river
