Was phoned by practice for my 6 monthly blood test. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment, was called in early and left surgery before my actual appointment time. Only issue I have is,as you enter a notice states, Please wear face covering. I always do in the confines of a surgery because I have no spleen and I'm susceptible to infection. So please if you visit somewhere that asks you to wear a face covering please wear one so you don't pass anything on to people like myself, ie your cough or cold could end up being life threatening for someone with no immunity to infections!!

Amazing!!! Called Monday 9.45am 14th in the queue wasn't even 5 minutes on hold before I was through to the practice. Explained the issue and the GP called and followed up with a physical face to face appt same morning. Everyone was so thorough and really helpful. Thank you. Keep doing what you're doing.

A brilliant experience with the Practice today Monday morning. Tel queue started at no 14 and within 5 mins spoke to Francis on Reception / Health Navigator. Extremely supportive and really listened well to my challenge. Offered emergency tele appt within a couple of hours or fave to face within 2 days. Based on the sheer volumes this and indeed all GP Practices are under - ignore the bad media and remember they really are doing their very best. Francis was simply superb and an incredible Ambassador for Ridings. Thank you for your professionalism and empathy.

People answering the calls are so rude! I waited 25 mins on the line to be told that I could have gone through the website and they can’t do it over the phone. Think some training in politeness and basic customer care needs to be done, only had one pleasant experience and that was with a younger woman on the phone. Also staff need to take teens more seriously, useless!!

Fantastic service. Booked telephone appointment with Dr Tinker last night, called earlier than appointment time and medication for my condition already sent to the chemist for me. I feel very lucky to be registered at this surgery.
