Came to return registration form, was requested to produce ID to validate my application, handed it over to receptionist, who then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't me on the ID, she then smirked appearing to have solved a crime of the century, leaving me flabbergasted as myself being a mature person being treated as a fraud, but even before I entered the surgery I asked security guard where the reception was , I received a stare from him as if he was trying to intimidate me, Instead of smiling and being polite he just pointed and mumbled to the direction of the reception, Both receptionists were women in there mid 50s and looked miserable

My mom took my little sister here Monday as she had some swelling to the nose and what looked like it could be infected, the doctor stated there was no infections in sight and that it was just something viral going around and to wait a week and if it’s no better to bring her back. So after 2 days the swelling had spread all over her face and there was blisters appearing and she became very unwell in herself so my mom managed to get her in her normal GP and the gp told her if she had waited until Monday like the first doctor states it could have been a different story and it was a very bad infection. Absolutely disgusting!

Do not book an appt for your covid jab. It is a walk-in centre and appts are ignored. It was also impossible to see a manager to speak to.
