Absolutely amazing service. Such talented knowledgeable staff. I feel Im Ready for my cochlear implant and armed with relevant information. Just wish the waiting list wasn't so long. I've started a support group for cochlear implant patients and sadly Manchester appears to have the longest waiting time.
