Foods taste freaking good and fixed my cravings for Chinese foods. I stayed at travelodge only takes 7minutes walks to the rice hut. Owner is super friendly and recommended great Malaysian foods. Must try!

(Collection) Staying at the travelodge around the corner, I've now had two takeaways from here, excellent crispy duck with pancakes, a good sized portion at a fair price & they even threw in some prawn crackers for free. Would highly recommend, very friendly owner who recognised me from the visit 2 weeks earlier 😊

I placed an order of just under £30. I was very disappointed with my order. All of my food was stone cold, my chips was stale, my wings was vey dry, chicken balls was unchewable, my prawns was undercooked and stale..ect. I contacted the restaurant to make them aware of my experience, not to be refunded, or to be replaced, but to draw it to their attention. In doing so I was greated, by the chief with shouting and yelling, basically calling me a liar, and that they never get complaints, what do I want, telling me to come to his restaurant, but I felt so intimidated, and thrown back, by his mannerisms. I also reminded him I'm not shouting, nor being rude so I don't understand why he is acting the way he is. One of his responses was 'how dare you complain'. I explained nothing, but I asked him to calm down and just acknowledge, he then passed me back to the receptionist, without a word of goodbye, but shouting in the background. The resptionist who I originally expressed my experience, was aware of how he response to complaints, but still put him on the phone to me. He stated shouting before listening to understand, she stated he has bad communication, and he don't like when people complain about his food, then cut the conversations short without a care in the word. I'm very disappointed with the insensitivity, lack of knowledgement and poor customer service. I would in the future avoid, I'm really upset with the level of Abuse received, especially after throwing away £30 worth of food after waiting over 45 minutes to receive my food, my children was starving, after we had to order again at another restaurant.

Rather rude service asked if it was possible if u don't have to pay for a bag as in McD/KFC/Chicken World/ Morley's/ Dally Chicken/ Pizza Hut / The grill. Why df is this shop any different. Anyways I asked kindly and was meet with a very angry answers.
