Had a lovely one night stay for a family and friends get together. Staff lovely, trying their best but seemed a little sparse at the bar at times. Restaurant looked after us with lovely food and a surprise for my eldest. The fire alarm going off five tiles in the night was annoying but one of those things. We sat in the gardens in the sun and had a lovely time Couple of bits, fix the little things that are broken, it just lets the place down a small amount Thanks though - great place

Booked in for a spa day. Great value for money, ideal for a bit of R&R. Hotel is a bit dated, no air con. But the food is contemporary. Very fair price for what you get. Rooms: Spacious with a TV but no Air con.

Booked for overnight and spa day. The spa treatment was nice. The food wasn't great and had to send a few dishes back. The outdoor hot tubs were good although could have been a little bit cleaner. The relaxation room wasn't so relaxing with the amount of traffic going through to use the outdoor area. I wouldn't visit again. The room was ok nothing special. It was really difficult to shut the bathroom door. The sink was awkward. It didn't cater for the intended number of guests. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It wasn't very cosy.
