Appalling customer service! I had a drive laid with resin from this Company. After a while rust spots appeared and, give them their due, they came out twice to remedy them. More rust spots have now appeared and they are now denying all responsibility and will not speak to me, only the contractor. They even now are saying that the the contractor may not have purchased the stuff from them in the first place. Basically they couldn't care less about the end user.

I have been using Resin Mill products for years and cannot recommend them enough. Amazing company to order from, their experience in this industry and knowledge of products is the reason I continue to use them to this day. I order the day before with an always helpful sales team and always receive what i need with no stress and on time the next day. When i began installing they were always on hand to answer any questions or help with any queries. My team have been trained through the years on the handy course they offer too! The range of colours and products they offer compared to other suppliers is great and i love having the ability to offer my customers products at the forefront of the industry!

Very poor after sales! myself and 2 other tradesmen fully trained by the resin mill in using their product followed their instructions to the letter. having laid quite a number of resin driveways came to lay a drive strictly following the guidance we had received and post laying of the product a colour variation in the for of dark and light band became obvious. We had the resin mill out to this and they are willing to accept no responsibility for this and have offered no reasonable resolution to the matter myself and my colleagues are completely willing to Re lay the driveway for free but the resin mill have no interest in resolving the situation very very poor
