I have previously used them and the issues got settled out of court. Now they are unresponsive, no legal assistance and will not reply to emails or any form of communication. The building since major works has where completed made the building and accomodation worse. It is dangerous and non compliant with many regulations but I get no assistance from many governing bodies or member of parliament. Local council is inexperienced and their is a constant lack of knowledge from numerous people. Easy to see how Grenfell and others happened, and will continue to happen.

It is far from informal, much more formal and unjust than courts. Judges don't have respect or take litigants in person seriously. They are extremely unfair and unreasonable and rude. The whole system needs upgrading and judges need proper training.
