    Lovely hotel and a great area but it is let done by the some of the staff and how they speak to customers. I asked how to turn down the tv volume which plays in the bathroom and not from the tv πŸ“Ί and how to get the volume from the tv. I was told to just open my eyes πŸ‘€. Thanks for your help and sarcasm. I will just turn it right up and watch the tv from sat ion the toilet 🚽 thanks. Oh and I have to not use the remote but get up and go to wall near the bathroom to turn the tv volume down. 🀬 I am so glad it costs so much to I have to do this. Rooms: Rooms are nice but some you have to listen to the tv πŸ“Ί through the bathroom 🚽. Hmm a little weird.

    I really liked the hotel and the staff were super helpful. My one small complaint is that I had booked the room way in advance but they ended up giving us a very dark room with no view or a view of an alley to be more precise and a less than optimal configuration for three people. When I complained to the front desk the situation was rectified right away and we got a much better room. I just wish they would have done that from the beginning. Otherwise great place and can't beat the location!

    HIGHLY recommend The Resident Covent Garden! Location was PERFECT - right in the middle of Covent Garden with lots of shopping and restaurants AND 5 minutes walking distance to three different Underground stations. Rooms were well-appointed, clean, and spacious with great use of space. Staff were SUPER friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We will 100% be back to this awesome hotel next time we're in London.
