Really pleased with the 1.1 yoga classes that I have with Rachael. I was initially looking and actually found Rachael through recommendations on a facebook post! She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Rachael made me feel at ease and has a great way for explaining the positions which helped me pick them up quicker! Well worth the money!

I would HIGHLY recommend Rachel’s Yoga sessions. I have previously been unsure of online courses as I hadn’t done them before but within the first few moments Rachel has you at ease and the pace of the class is perfect. An ideal balance of challenge, relaxation and well being, her classes are a wonderful antidote to weekly stresses.

Yoga with Rach is just brilliant ..... She has a lovely calming voice and is a great teacher. I have been with Rach for over a year now and have never done so much yoga ! The Reset Project hub has been a lifesaver during lockdown as you can choose a prerecorded class to do whenever suits you, or a live zoom lesson. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to take up or pursue yoga 🧘‍♀️🙏🏻

Rach is the most wonderful yoga teacher, patient, clear and works with you to your ability. I am currently pregnant and find the stretching exercises that she has put together for our private classes so helpful at releasing the various aches and strains. I also attended her classes pre-pregnancy and loved having a bit of a stretch and tone and will be looking forward to getting back in shape with her after the babe has born! Cannot recommend her enough.

I’ve had three sessions with Rachael and have enjoyed the whole yoga experience. Will be booking more. She moulds the lessons to suit your requirements at the time. She also has a calming voice which is essential with yoga.

This was an ACE session! Right from the start, Rach made us feel relaxed and reassured that there was no pressure to do anything we felt uncomfortable with. The session was just the right blend of stretch, balance, strength and relaxation. And the virtual layout (thanks COVID!) really worked - would definitely recommend starting your day with The Reset Project!
