    I came into to get my charging socket fixed . Ray greeted me and had an initial look at the socket. It turns out that there was something stuck inside, which he had the knowledge and tool to remove. Because it was a quick ,on-the-spot job, I was not even charged. It was a great interaction on a personally difficult day and I will be sure to return with any issues

    Always helpful and friendly. Took my iPhone X to have the battery replaced after Apple Genius Bar couldn’t do it due to a stripped screw. Took a bit longer but they didn’t charge me any more. The first visit a year ago was equally quality. Also a walk-in service though their booing system is visible to Apple, which helps with the history of the device.
