  Assuming people reading this are wanting to know my experience after visiting Kirstie to ultimately help decide whether to book an appointment themselves. Well, the short version is absolutely do it, yes! This is coming from someone who is open minded but I do however struggle to vouch for something that I can’t quite fully explain or visually show someone. When I went for my first Reiki appointment, it was in fact with Kirstie and was booked as a gift for me and so I had little to no knowledge of Reiki and how it works. Today, after the amazing results I have personally experienced, I am now looking at courses to be able to do this as a living and change peoples lives like it has mine. I am naturally an empath and have always taken on other peoples emotions and allow myself to give far too much of myself. Although I always enjoyed doing so, there is only so much people can give and my cup was empty for a long time. The reason I ever ended up visiting Kirstie was down to the people around me noticing I wasn’t the same happy, bubbly, life of the party I had been before. They could see tears in my eyes more often than not when they saw me which unfortunately began to be less and less as I avoided people. I avoided people so much so that I lived months without heating during the freezing winter just because I didn’t want to see anyone and so left it. I was embarrassed of what I had become and felt pathetic. I was always the fun, outgoing one but now the thought of taking the bin out gave me anxiety never mind leaving the house for anything else. I have now had 4 appointments I believe with Kirstie as I only started my Reiki journey this year. After only 4 appointments I wouldn’t usually feel so confident writing such a detailed review urging people to give it ago but the change I have felt in myself even just after 1 appointment, I believe everyone should go….

  Today you shone the light back into my life and helped me further along my healing journey. Starting to clear years of undealt with trauma and helping me to speak my truth again. My inner child felt so safe today and thanked me for leading her to you. We both feel so peaceful, safe and loved after our 90mins crystal and reiki treatment.... I know there's more work to be done but my word didn't we shift a lot today?Haha. I've not connected with someone like I did you today in a super long time. You have such a gentle but powerful energy. You really listen and give your whole self and don't make people feel rushed.... You've been the missing piece in my healing world and I will 100 percent pick your healing over cigarettes any time and Reiki and Crystal Healing (with singing bowls) will be my new reward and thing to turn to when I need some higher energy and stress relief. I honestly can't express what today meant to me and how amazing it all was. Best birthday ever!!! Roll on July for my top up. I will be back as often as I can. X

  The best reiki experience I’ve ever had! Kirstie is so welcoming and definitely goes the extra mile. She’s enthusiastic about the service she provides and every time I visit I have a very powerful experience. The physical things Kirstie picks up on is unbelievable and the spiritual healing I have felt is indescribable. I can’t wait for my next reiki session with her. I really can’t recommend her enough!

  Absolutely amazing experience and Kirstie is so kind and wonderful! I have never had such good reiki, I was so full of energy when I left I couldn’t believe it as I have chronic illnesses and went to the reiki room full of pain and tiredness. I can’t wait to go back to boost this again! Xx

  Books Not Looks

  Just wanna take a moment to shout out one of my fave local businesses and beautiful person Kirstie Hynes. I started having regular sessions with Kirstie not long ago after building an online relationship through our respective businesses and The Zen Den . I was intuitively drawn to choose Kirstie for my treatments and it didn't lead me wrong - she is a very natural and talented healer whose reiki has brought me forward in my magickal practise as well as relief from the build up of heavy burdens of negative energy I absorb and carry every day and relief from the inability to keep myself grounded. Her sessions are very powerful and the experience is something new every time. I can feel myself going deeper into relaxation and seeing and feeling more with every treatment. Kirstie uses crystals and sound to create energies that join her own reiki that combine to create a deep healing experience. I cannot thank nor recommend her enough and suggest that if you are seeking a reiki healer that you contact Kirstie.   Today I had a beautiful distance reiki session with kirstie. At the start of my session I started seeing lots of colours, purples, blues, greens. They were really vibrant and felt so powerful! After that I started having visuals of mermaids swimming, and the wake of the water from the flippers. Really strange but equally beautiful! I started feeling lighter, and more sleepy and relaxed. As I did I started feeling a gentle tapping on my crown and third eye. Almost like rain drops. I then felt a popping and bubbling at my solar plexus chakra as some energy was being moved or shifted. I then started feeling my energy lift as my vibration was raising, and getting more relaxed into the session. Every moment was stunning, powerful and beautiful! I love how reiki works differently every time, but always feel amazing after it! Thank you kirstie!

  Fantastic experience every time. I leave each session feeling rejuvenated and like a new person. Reiki is something I think everyone should have as it improves your mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Once you try it, you’ll want to keep having it. Kirstie is amazing at what she does and I can’t recommend her enough.

  So last week I had my first experience of Reiki with Kirstie. I went in, a little skeptical, and unsure what to expect, but Kirstie has a lovely, calming aura and made me feel at ease from the off. She explained the process and what to maybe expect… and I’m so glad I went. I found it to be such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I feel as though a weight has been lifted from me. I feel lighter and calmer. After my session, Kirstie was really informative in telling me what crystals ✨ she had specifically chosen for me, and which chakras were causing me issues with blockages. A lovely experience, and one I would like to have again. I would highly recommend.

  Had an amazing time with Kirstie, Holistic Reiki Healing Therapist she is a very warm friendly and calming person, her room is so inviting and instantly makes you relax with the lovely scents and the vibrations of the crystals that surround you and the room. I had a tension headache I have been experiencing and heavy energy instantly I felt the pain release when she used her singing bowls and the tone of her beautiful chanting voice which takes you to another level truly spiritual, It made me feel in a hypnotic state of relaxation. If you are feeling a heavy heart or tension, overthinking, anxiety and stress I would recommend Kirstie 💯

  Just had the most amazing reiki session with Kirstie! Honestly it was mind blowing. So many blocks and traumas released! I could feel my body gently releasing all that it needed to. Could feel each sensation and change of temperature. Kirstie had such a beautiful healing energy and her gift to us is truly magical. Still feel on cloud 9!
