incompetent and useless Not even sure where to begin without writing a very long response. contacted nightingale house to speak about obtaining a document that i need for getting married. was put through to the wrong person whom i needed to speak to concerning this matter. this then cost me over £200 in travel costs as i wasn’t in the country at the time ad need to travel to get this document. again i booked my travel to Stockton based the information i received from the staff here. once i then called to make the appointment i then was told totally different information about the time i was needing to spend in Stockton to obtain my document. This is not good, as the travel arrangements i had made were not needed and so i was out of pocket £200! i then made a complaint to Stockton Council via they complaints email. But, this was a waste of time, the reply was basically blaming myself for making my travel arrangements before speaking with the right staff member. so wrote back given more details. as they didn't seem to be understanding the details in my complaint. after one week of no response back i prompted them for a reply, only to be told. What is it your wanting from us, we have already apologies, what more do you want! This is not ok, the lack of understand and any attempt to look more into the situation as nightingale house obviously just told them what they wanted to hear with no regard to coming clean of they incompleteness the matter. It was only when i finally made the appointment and changed my travel plans that i got to speak with one of the staff that seemed to know what she was doing!
