Do not use this service. I paid £149 for the same day test and have had to miss my flight because they did not get my results to me on the same day. There are many other far cheaper and far more reliable COVID-19 testing services available. The Regenerative Clinic is appalling and should not be allowed to operate. Do not use them

Excellent service, the ladies there Maggie and Geoorgina provided a test to myself and were very kind and eficccient. Additionally, they helped me get a refund when I booked the wrong test, they communicated with the central ooffice and my refund (which I thought I would never get) was issued within a matter of minutes. I am very greatful for the help.

Amazing service and customer support. Booked 2nd and 8th day tests, they arrived on time and results came back within 2 days from the sample postage. Departure test in the clinic (Leicester) was taken in very professional manner and similarily results arrived right on time with additional follow up call to make sure all the details on the certificate were correct.

Right next to Ted Baker in the Bull Ring in Birmingham and just nipped through Selfridges from the car park and we were there, 5 minutes from parking. The location couldn't be better. What an amazing service we had here for our 5 day test-to-release Covid test. Ben the manager was very reassuring and informative regarding the different tests available. I think the lady who did my test was named was Maggie, I cannot begin to tell you how fabulous she was, I'm not generally very good with the throat swab but I seriously 100% DID NOT FEEL A THING, she has an amazing technique. We had the same day service and our appointment was at 11.30am, our results came through later on in the evening. Perfect. Would not hesitate to use them again. Friendly and Professional
