Nice ambience and good staff in reception areas. Kitchen quality and dining room service variable. Sauce Reform was awful but dessert was exquisite. Staff friendly at table when taking order but show a preference for chatting to one another. Variable clientele, some friendly, clubbable types; others declasse, loudly discussing salaries and bonuses.
