The insides were hygienic and organized. Maybe they revamped the whole place. The massage therapist was friendly. No sexual services included. My leg feels much better now.

Horrible and dishonest management. It has been 2 years that I am trying to use a voucher and they would use all possible excuses not to deliver the service (not reply to emails, lying about replying to emails, blaming customer for not confirming a booking and ect). No wonder there are so many negative reviews on this place. I am so disgusted by this place. Owner is called Henry.

I am very disappointed with the management. I have been a regular customer with the company for a while. Therapist is professional and well trained. However, the management is rubbish! After purchased / pre paid sessions, its available slots are very limited with only couple of days in a week, with 3 or less appointments a day available. How on earth can you get your appointment, if you are selling hundreds of sessions with so little appointments available for all the prepaid customers? By checking the new appointments slots on every month (ON MONTHLY BASES!). I have given up to try to check after 2 months. And requested a full refund, unfortunately, with numerous reminder emails sent to them, NO RESPONSE!. I am still waiting!!

I just want to clarify the review that "Vanessa Ching" left as I am the "black African woman" they have made an attempt to explain, which was left shortly after my previous review. I had a reflexology appointment scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on March 3rd (Saturday) but came 15 minutes early due to seeing reviews of the company's strict policy of not being let in if 10 minutes late and charged £15 if I want to reschedule. The office was three doors down from the building front entrance with a "Do Not Knock" sign on the front door. I had called three times to let them know I was there so they wouldn't assume I was a no show but no one picked up. I knocked twice and received no response so I just sat on the stairs in the corridor waiting since there were no chairs/waiting room. I thought maybe the masseuse stepped out for food. However, shortly after, a client before me walked out the building in a rush leaving the business door open allowing me to see the masseuse standing in a one bedroom flat and also being told off by that same masseuse to come back in 10 minutes to my appt. and her slamming the door in my face. "Vanessa Ching" states to be this same client before my appt. as at the beginning of her review she says she had a scheduled appt. on the same day as mine from 3:15 - 4:30 p.m. but then later on states that there was continuous knocking on the door from 4 p.m. until her appointment ended at 4:10 p.m. All appointments are 75 minutes (consultation within that time) and aren't back to back as there are 15 minute intervals in between (which all of this can be seen on their BOOKINGS section of their website). If my scheduled appt. was at 4:30 p.m.,15 minute intervals are in between each massage and the exchange between the masseuse and I happened at 4:19 p.m. after the door was left open, I assume the client's appt. ended at 4:15 p.m. Also I couldn't have been continuously knocking for 10 minutes straight as again, I was sitting on the stairs right across from the business when the door was left open. "Vanessa" also claims she made her way down the stairs to the bathroom after her appt. and "accidentally stopped," as she heard a conversation between the masseuse and I, and then came back to speak to the masseuse and was told I never even had an appt. This is absolutely false because the client who walked out the room before my appt. walked directly out the building front door in a rush. Also the masseuse slammed the door in my face after our interaction, so "Vanessa" is claiming she went back and knocked on the door while there is a sign that says "Do Not Knock" and had a conversation with the masseuse? I never even got a chance to give the masseuse my name, so I am curious to know what rota she checked? So it seems the masseuse made a fake account and left their own review as "Vanessa Ching" in a response to mine. I am assuming the masseuse takes a break during those 15 minute intervals and me coming early to my appt. really ticked her off. I also want to point out that the poor grammar written for her fake review was the same exact grammar she used during our interaction - so that, along with saying the masseuse checked my name on a rota when I never even gave it to her and a "client" giving a detailed review of the the masseuse and I's encounter but not the business itself were clear give aways that she made this fake account. Lastly I want to clarify that I am black American and actually put up with the masseuse completely disrespecting me at first (asking me what did I want and saying I need to learn how to read) because I was really looking forward to the reflexology service and even contacted Henry Peabody of when more slots would be added on to their website. It wasn't until I told her I would leave a negative review that the incident completely escalated. It's a pity because if she was respectful and the service was decent I would have given her a tip, which I usually do here in London. However, the customer service was so shocking that I hope no one else gets treated like this again.

I had my treatment last Saturday afternoon here, at 3.15-4.30pm. I was let in to a nice warm room and greeted by a smiling therapist. During my treatment, which I was really enjoying, suddenly there was a hard knocking at the door. I opened my eyes and saw that the therapist didn’t want to stop working and ignored the door knocking. I saw the time, it was 4pm only. I closed my eyes again to enjoy my session again. After a few seconds, there was another set of hard nervous knocking at the door which lasted till the end of my treatment, till about 4.10pm. I dressed up and thanked for my treatment which I really found very relaxing till that hard knocking at the door. Upon leaving the room, I saw a black African woman at the door looking inside the room. I made my way downstairs to the bathroom, and accidentally stoped as I heard the conversation of the therapist and the black girl who did start to knock at the door at 4pm. The therapist asked her to come back at her appointment time and said that her knocking disturbed the previous client treatment - mine. The black woman shouted “ you want me to come back in 20mins?????!!!!! “ “ I am the customer and I want my treatment now!!! “. I felt sorry for the therapist. After my way out of the bathroom, the black woman was gone, and I managed to speak to the therapist. The therapist said that, the black woman was not even booked in real for this day, as she checked the rota and she could not find her name. After all this what I saw, I really felt sorry for people who have to tolerate such rude behaviour!!!

Unhygenic place, dingy and unfriendly service. When the person left the treatment room before my mum's session non of the bedding was changed, the room was dirty in all different types of aspects.Plus the room was cold and when the my mum mentioned it to the therapist, he just brushed it off...You will see offer on Groupon so please don't buy it as it will ruin your day or if it is a gift for somone it will be embarrassing for you and a horrible experience for the person you love. This experience totally ruined my mum's birthday. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID and spend money some where else!

Terrible and awful experience. My mum went there for a reflexology treatment and left there in tears distressed. It is a very run down place (facilities in disrepair) and I will make sure they are shut down. After my mum finished her treatment she went to use their toilet, in a dark dinghy basement. Door knob falls off and my mum is locked in there screaming for help for over an hour. No one came to her help. Banging the door endlesslu, no one bothered. Distressed she ends up calling emergency services and the fire brigade had to come to help unlock the door. When she comes up to the room to find the beautician who treated her, the European lady barely looked concerned and behaved nonchalantly about what had happened. Disgusting. It really is shocking that a place as despicable like this is serving the general public. They are a hazard to the public and God forbid if anything worse happened in there they will not come to assist you. You have been warned.
