I've only done one course so far, 'the tree of life', and it was kind of ok in that I badly needed something to do to get me out of the house. It was confusing to me that where you sign up isn't where you might be doing a course, and I hate ultra modern buildings but??? The course was held in a pretty spanking new, seriously large building that having been there a few times, I had to concede was artistically designed to be good and balancing on the eyes, (extremely pleasing to me) and where possible had the care & considerations of the user in mind. Stumbled across a working cash machine inside the entrance. A beautiful balcony that overlooks the lock..I'm diagnosed Dissociative & etc..so I want to do the assertiveness course they run...at a calculated guess some of those who run these courses probably suffer mental health issues too, because they seem to try to do their best if what's being talked about is distressing or triggering. So if I'm going back for more that's a good sign to me. I chose four stars simply because in reality nothing is perfect & never will be, but that's reality in its glory.
