I arranged for someone to come to my home I didn't even get a demo as I asked out right how much it would cost he quoted me between £3.000 and £4.000 you could buy a whole new furniture set for that.

The chair was delivered and had to go back due to the back cushions not having been fitted properly. It’s now back but is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. Unusable. The heater is so poor it isn’t even noticeable when it is on. The back cushions are still not right. Total waste of money. Trying to get through on the phone and get some answers is almost impossible

Fairly happy with the demo and sales, however, the chair that was received is a different quality to the chair brought to try. It creaks and groans when using the remote and my disabled daughter does not find it comfortable after a while. Very expensive mistake. Update - as requested order SCR7121

Although Rich & Andy, the final installation team, were excellent, dealing with this company is not pleasant. Their telephone manners are dreadful and it's impossible to find anything out about their products and prices until a salesman visits. Being two little oldies, we ordered an R&R chair each, but (annoyingly) one was delivered weeks before the other. The chairs were not cheap, yet the second chair has not been completely finished. In short, this company makes good chairs but don't expect wonderful customer service.

Pete salesman good and knowledgeable.Installation team provided instructions on use, some damage caused by them to walls stairs and shelving removing old bed. Follow up customer service is poor, we were advised we had thirty days to make changes to mattress,but very abrupt woman on phone said only fourteen .we have emailed company to clarify issue and still waiting four days later for someone to talk to us. Sadly we don't feel we could recommend this company
