My neighbour and I were casting about for an alternative log supplier as the one we had been using was out of stock. We chose a large national company whom we paid up front but after 10 days had absolutely zero contact from them and no logs! Eventually they did contact us saying they were unable to fulfill our order and would reimburse us within 5 days. I contacted the Real Firewood Company who offered to deliver the next day, gave us a discount and some freebies. Really cannot fault the service. We each bought a large crate of kin dried ash the contents of which was far superior to what we were used to. The crates were a £100 more expensive than the 4 barrow bags we had been getting from our normal supplier, Border Biomass Fuels, but the volume of wood was over three times the amount. Incredible value for money!!
