The item, which was supposed to be a Christmas present, never arrived and it's been impossible to reach the company to resolve the issue. They don't answer the phone, return phone messages, respond to emails, or respond to messages and posts on Facebook. Very poor customer service.. I understand they might want to take a break for the holidays, but they could at least communicate that they have reduced hours (if that's what the problem has been). They also need to do something to ensure customers have a way to work through order issues before the holidays.
