Horrible system of registrations and forms. Visiting the second time and need to go through all of these forms all over again. The store never works. And the staff doesn't have a key for it! This is ridiculous service.

The family booked a tuition for an hour with Cris, I have to say that it was a blast. Notice that we are taking our steps into the rock climbing lifestyle and so far it has been amazing. Highly recommend to meet the team and to book with The Reach instructors (Cris) to get to understand principles and safety queues. Looking forward for our next visit. Best Regards. Marques Family
