Hair tangles easy and has quite a bit of shedding. Didn’t meet the delivery time frame on two occasions and refuses to compensate the delivery fee. Wouldn’t recommend.

I receive the hair quite promptly 16 inch clip-ins Indian straight mid brown, although the ends are a little thin and the clips are not best I am actually happy with the Hair doesn’t knot and washes well, I personally will order again from this company.

Have ordered Brazilian wavy hair weft , paid nearly £100! When arrived the quality is terrible , half down extremely thin. After installation and first wash they became like a straw , extremely dry and looked awful. Send an email to the shop, no respond whatsoever . Do not buy from then it’s a waste of money!

I purchased raw straight Vietnamese hair, they sent me curly hair..I contacted them about it, they never corrected the problem…next barely a month later the hair changed it’s texture it is matted, stiff.. I contacted them about it.. they lied said they would replace it..after never heard from them again..ignored every single email..This is a horrible way to treat your customers.. This is very unprofessional.highly disappointed.
