I have avoided this shop for several years due to a poor experience returning faulty goods. I recently made the mistake of purchasing from here and again the item was faulty. Because the bar code on the receipt was illegible it took ages to get a £2.49 refund..staff clearly aren't given any responsibility and aren't really interested in improving customer service. I was unable to return another item because it had gone past their new 14 days return policy. I won't be shopping here again.
