    Fantastic customer service from Alison today. I purchased a grass trimmer 1 week ago which was faulty. I tried to return but there was some problem due to the store policy even though I had my receipt/not sure what happened. I had to wait around for the brand company to be contacted by staff, I'm not sure why, as I purchased the item from the range, not directly from the brand. But my issue was resolved by Alison who was fast and efficient at processing my refund, brilliant manners 👏 thanks so much Alison for the great customer service and help today👍

    Staff are always there to help and I always enjoy shopping at this store its just a shame they no longer have the coffee shop but at least there's another nearby. Lovely staff and a great store
