The staff are incredible. From Billy, to Ashley and Paige, everyone makes you feel so welcome. It is a classy, well presented hotel with a wonderfully British feel. The main issue we had was with the beds. Sometimes they push two doubles together, which isn't the same as a King. It leaves a hole in the middle and is quite uncomfortable. A bit disappointing. Other than that, a lovely stay!

The interior alone is worth a visit. Prices are too high for a student (or a student like me at least), but you can still observe.

Great place to stay or organise the meetings or events in the centre of Oxford. Attentive staff, exquisite menu and overall very positive experience to be there. Noteworthy details: Beautiful restaurant and café design, nice, modern and cosy rooms for a special events, for example Snag Room & Chef's Table. Chandeliers are catching everyone's attention. Old school staff kindness.
