We come here a lot and has been a staple of our eating out for the last 5 years. Today we came here to celebrate my Mother's 70th birthday. The staff were told, and we had been informed they would put in some effort. They did not. Not only did we have to ask to be served after half an hour, the service was dreadful. The drinks were forgotten Nothing was mentioned about the birthday. Food was late and wrong, everyone else was served around us before us, and in general we felt very neglected. Its such a shame because this is usually such a nice place with good food. But unfortunately a 70th birthday can't be repeated. Absolutely devastated for my mum. :(
